Some lawyer has advised UP to pay people money because a tornado derails a train? Did the railroad order the storm? How is a corporation responsible for storm damage? I can see a payout if the derailment was caused by negligence on the part of the railroad. Where will this end? When did we get to be so concerned with fault and who will pay? There are more important things to be concerned with. Have we become a nation of greedy whiners?
