Thanks, Rich, for the update. Considering the bad slide back in the 1960's that took out the trestle @ Noisy Creek, and several nearby permanent slow order slide zones, I would concur with your assessment. Much like the rainwater that bubbled up through the cracks in my garage floor, you don't have to see the water for it to be a problem.
