The levee break at Railroad Slough is right next to the bridge over Railroad Slough at the south end of Shellville yard. You can see in using Google Maps satalite view. There is at least 7 washouts between Railroad Slough and Sonoma Creek but that is what they are talking about when they say they are going to combine the levee with the ROW. If that's what they are going to do it will be a big job - almost a mile of levee.

South of Sonoma creek there is a bunch more small washouts but it looks like they are already working to get them filled. At least the ROW is on dry ground.
