Judge Ritchie is the same judge as the one on the Novato lawsuit.

Like other NCRA legal positions, this one will get thrown out.

Odd, isn't it? A private entity (NWP Co.) providing funding to
a public agency (NCRA) so that it (NCRA) can hassle another
public agency (Novato). The only problem here is that the NCRA
has violated the law (CEQA, Brown Act). Novato hasn't.

I expect that a final ruling on the TRO will occur soon and the NCRA to
appeal any ruling against it.

I sure hope John Williams has deep pockets. As things now stand,
he's funding Chris Neary.
