The OT is not a great line for lots of traffic: slow speeds for most of the Canyon, not a lot of sidings, and I think it's still all ABS, is it not? And is Bend-Chemult still dark territory? Also not a lot of sidings there. I would suspect the best way to move stuff across the OT is fleeting (double meaning intended ;-)
