Southern Pacific SW8 1127 is in East Oakland in February 1975.

Reportedly (sources) Class ES408-4 Built Jan 1954, Serial #19495, Frame #4246-1, Delivered as SP 4622, Class DF-304. It was reclassified Class DS-604 in 1963 and renumbered 1127, Class ES408-4, in 1965. It was to Chrome Crankshaft in 1984 then sold as (Lewis & Clark Railway) LINC 81 and sold as (Oregon Pacific Railroad 802) East Portland Traction 802 in 1996. It was reportedly in the progress of rebuilding and renumbering as OPRR 1127? Status of that?
