BNSF budgets $235 million for East Side [WA] rail lines

Article in the Spokane Spokesman Review about BNSF trackwork in the Spokane area.

The line "Double track is also being installed near Tokio on the line to Wenatchee." is not correct. Tokio is east of Ritzville on the Lakeside Sub between Pasco and Spokane.

I'm not aware of any new double track on the line to Wenatchee. Anyone know of any?
