I could not agree more.

Perhaps, just perhaps, the Judge in the TOS litigation will rule they have to put Prop 1a back on the ballot since what they are proposing to build is not compliant.

They need to put up a new ballot measure with a choice of alternative dedicated route options. Just the opposition from UP and BNSF alone would be cleared away with an I-5 alignment.
