SP S6 1202 is at Stockton, CA on Sunday October 6, 1974.
Reportedly (
sources) SP 1202 was built in May 1955 as SP 1035, SP Class DS-9, construction number 80925, order number S-3230. It became SP 1202, SP Class AS409-1 in the 1965 renumbering. It was retired Aug. 1978 and Chrome Crankshaft bought it and used it as a lease unit. It became Chicago, Madison & Northern Railway 1202, CF industries 001 and RLCX 896. Current status not known.
