"Incident with BNSF" between Fullerton and Corona

From Metrolink's twitter--"91 Line & IEOC Lines service will be interrupted due to an incident investigation with BNSF. Updates to follow". So far two 91 Line trains and an OC line train have been short-turned and bus-bridged around it.
