OPB, didn't John Williams of the current incarnation of NWP have something to do with Mr. Darling's operation? I believe that it is the same group of bad operators all over again. And while there may not be "corruption" in the true sense, there is a lot a double speak and hidden agendas coming from the NWP and NCRA. If OPB or Mr. Schlechl would like to know where the estimates for the number of trains comes from they can just look a the 2006 Strategic Plan and the just released Humboldt Bay Redwood Terminal Feasibility Study.

The public up in Humboldt County is being told over and over by the press and the Harbor District that container port is coming and that the train will be a big part of that. This is a different story than we get in Marin County. Why would that be?
