For the record, I do not have any argument with Old Pole Burners insight on the current status of the NCRA-NWP. It should be understood by all detractors of the NCRA that is has a legislative mandate to maintain, operate and promote a railroad within its jurisdiction. In this case through aquisition and purchase that railroad is the NWP. So the NCRA is carrying out to the best of its ability its legislative mandate mostly without the funding that should have gone with the original bill.
