UP Passenger cars at CEECO Tacoma

Drove by CEECO Fri nite after dark and there are at least 3 UP Business cars there. One Dome. Saw Feather River there.

Anyone know what they are doing at CEECO?

There was one other UP car there couple weeks ago. Saw Tacoma Rail moving it from CEECO to UP Fife Yard... two engines and 1 passenger car with the flashing red light on the end.
