HSR - Dallas to Houston

Today's Federal Register published a Notice of Intent concerning Texas Central's plan to establish 90-minute service between Dallas and Houston. This is a required step in the National Environmental Impact Act process to study the proposal, identify alternatives and select the most beneficial option.
