That's a good question, Steve. I can't even tell what street that's on, although it might be the old SP Branch to Oakdale and the East Side Lines. Signal might have been planned to stay a little longer, but cut in quickly. Perpendicularly, though, might have been recently installed prior to the photo, just like what UP does with their Vader Lights.
