Yes there was a rock quarry at end the line near old Fair Oaks bridge. A footnote GP 9s would bring
car loads out from there to the Folsom/Placerville branch (ran along Folsom BLVD)The little foot bridge southwest of the Sunrise bridge was built for the Lone gravel Company, they started getting
rock North side of the river and brought it cross the river to the foot of the old Fair Oaks bridge
then loaded on rail cars and shipped out.
