KING TV reported yesterday that the Builder was scratched due to avalanche danger on Stevens Pass. Thursday, Dora saw it heading eastbound through Rock Island about 3pm. If you've seen the photos of slides on US-2/Stevens Pass at Gaynor and Tunnel Creek, you might understand the concern.
