Shasta route status

Haven't seen anything posted in quite some time re; traffic patterns or railfan pertinent info on the Shasta route.I realize(exception might be Fresno sub)that north-south traffic on the west coast has diminished in recent years but I was curious how much traffic is still left on 'the Shasta' on a moderately busy day?
