Screw that, it'd be marginal at best. If the government wants to do something useful try getting
a train or two each way back into Vegas. A decent party train (Like the Reno Fun Train) would
probably damn near break even. You can still drive on I-80 on a normal day, it's nearly impossible
to do the same on I-15.
