OK, makes sense -- the middle fuses are different that the two outside legs (haven't studied commercial DC stuff in detail). If it was anything like the one in [old] Presbyterian, the steam plant was /the/ power for the hospital. It was closed (the steam plant) by the early 1970s -- before (or because) it became Harkness.
