Recently, the National Association of Railroad Passengers, which has fought for 40 years to extend and expand the Amtrak system, published a map (see its Web site at narprail.org) showing the railroad routes that it would add to the present inadequate network of passenger tracks.

The NARP web site is crammed with voluminous information, and the cited map doesn't seem to be obviously shown or linked (maybe it's just my lack of acuity). Would anyone be able to provide a more distinct URL for this map, or directions on how to access it on the NARP site? Thanks!
