The damage Project 2467 mentioned includes crown bearing lubrication. They are lubricated by hard grease which does not flow through a metal grid until the journal gets warm. This is usually optimal operating at at around 40 MPH. These locomotives were not designed to poke around at 15 MPH. They were built to run at 70 MPH on mainlines. Main line running would be the best conditions for any of the sisters. Until some folks change their opinions about main line steam running, that hope is in the distant future.
