You can see a new electric switch mechanism on the famous gauntlet track at Washington & Lakeville Sts. Ansaldo with, if I recall right, the marking "assembled in USA". Curious thing is that the switch on the other end of the gauntlet is not yet installed. Also manually operable apparently but naturally the handle is padlocked.

P&SR spur track on Water St. north of Washington has been recently paved over. I guess maybe the rebuilding of the trestle fell thru?
