Good to see some good news. I'm still puzzled by the logistics of loading cars, going to Ritzville, emptying cars, loading different cars at Ritzville to go onto coast, but what the heck, if that's what the shippers want to do, go figure. I too am wondering about who runs the train from Cheney to Ritz. I know Watco has formal trackage rights and Watco crews operate the grain shuttles out of Hooper to Wallula so it is possible for EWG crews to have passed the needed exams and have been qualified to run on BNSF. Do they also use EWG power???
