The jury has found AGAINST the Trucking Company, to the tune of $4.5 Million to Amtrak, $210,???. to EwePee, and an amount to be determined for attorneys and legal fees. The judge still has to make the jury's decision final. Of course, with the Trucking Company bankrupt and out of business, their Liability Insurance Carrier will be on the hook for the judgements. Appeals will no doubt follow...
