CSP/BGCM Abandonment??

Heard a rumor that the east end of the former CSP, now BGCM, is going to abandon everything east of Arrow Junction, and tear out the remaining trackage on the former Grangeville Branch. Understand that restoration of the line to Jaype in order to haul logs ran into trouble with the EPA and IDEQ as the line had been out of service too long to qualify as flood damage repair. Any truth?? Thanks in advance to those who know.
