Visiting Geep in Oakland

San Pedro & Southwestern Geep #1736 has been sitting at the UP West Oakland engine terminal the last couple of days. It's painted dark blue with yellow end stripes, and the only lettering is an emblem on the cab. Per rrpictureachives.net, it was originally a Seaboard GP9, rebuilt into a "GP16." Photos on the website show it in Coos Bay, OR back in June. Anybody know where it's headed?
