UP 7915 CIrcus train just changed their
Radios to ch 1414.
THe onboard Circus train master just confirmed that
the train is CLEARED to pass thru ALL tunnels on Donner Pass.
The CIrcus Train Master was answering about possible clearance issues from
the UP conductor onboard this special train.

I believe the circus train should
be near NEWCASTLE CA --AUBURN approach
and just past ROCKLIN CA as of 12:45 PM ish PDT 9-22-14.
