Well, that actually makes sense, as that group isn't just in charge of museum pieces but special operations that are not part of everyday events.

That UP group has the capabilities of manufacturing special components that cannot be obtained elsewhere. The people in that group are familiar with most of the UP system.

And, the work on the historic equipment can always be put on hold when snow removal operations have priority.
