Regarding the story about an LPG tanker derailment in Redmond OR. The article says:

"By 9:20 a.m., BNSF had assessed the tank and determined it was safe to continue travel to its destination, Cooper said.

The car was back on the tracks by 10 a.m., and was being moved to a location where crews could make a "minor repair" to the tank's outer wall, Cooper said."

If the car is continuing to its destination, presumably it is still loaded. How for you make "minor repairs" to the outer wall of a loaded LPG tank? Welding? Giant hose clamp? Duct tape? Or did they really mean the car was unloaded and sent on its way empty?
