Given a safety factor of about 4x, all 4 piers will handle a 2304-kip axial compression load with no problem at that point, assuming those plates distribute the weight of the tower across a 2' x 2' area. Doubt they'll be able to add around 4700 cubic feet of steel to it THAT fast.
