There was a mile or so of branch South of Nampa that the UP wanted to tear up or delegate, not
sure what ever happened to that. As to Orchard, I'm pretty sure they pulled the junction switch
plus there's nothing much out there. Does seem a shame to haul all the MPI stuff all the way to
Nampa when the short way was that much closer.
