Yes, I'm quite sure that's 3rd and Townsend also. The umbrella sheds, track arrangement, and concourse enterance are clearly that depot. Also, that's an SP commuter Harriman car in the background. What little I can make out of the car number also is in the number series of those cars. You can also see the L-shaped part of the old depot, the mail and express part of the building that extended along Townsend Street, parallel to the tracks. Tracks 1 and 2 ended at this annex.
