Flush!! One way to get rid of Watco. Dam has had a major leak in it for close to 20 years, last time they went though the dam for maintance they attempted to address the issue. Several years ago I talked to a fellow that worked there as some sort of an engineer and he said that it looked worse than it really was. Wonder if something has really changed or if the Corps are going to sacrifice the dam for the people that want dams removed. Can you imagine the amount of silt, crud and other stuff (Jimmy Hoffa) that has accumulated behind the dam over the years.
Anyone remember the Teton dam in southern Idaho??
