Ontario Northland Pax car in UP freight

I saw an Ontario Northland passenger car in the middle of a short UP freight train northbound through Salt Lake. It was painted green, or possibly blue. The windows were covered with aluminum or steel sheets. The car had somewhat odd-looking two-axle trucks. This was on Friday night.

Anybody know any more about this car?
