In all fairness many churches occupy buildings that don't "look" like a church. I once was a member of a church that owned a converted house (a rather large home, but nevertheless a house). The basement and garage housed the Sunday School and storage. The main level housed a kitchen, living room (er chapel) and bedrooms (er offices). Over time the house was remodelled more and more to make it look less like a house and more like a church...
I have seen churches in warehouses - in fact there is one just down the street from my home (Tigard, Oregon) that is in an old General Motors training center (http://www.citybiblechurch.org). And there are also churches that don't own an actual meeting place but use facilities like city community centers or middle or high schools, or in some cases other churches.
That said -- is there any proof that this "church" exists, even on paper? Let's see, no physical address in existance. That a "church" owns a "501(c)3"? Where's the 501(c)3 certificate? White Pages listing in the phone book? The name of the church doesn't even cause a Google search hit. Fishy, fishy indeed.
