The city's aren't stupid. It's been posted that Sutherlin said they'd need a business plan and additional information before even considering the proposal. If you ever tried to get a building permit, you know you can't just waltz in and say "I'm gonna build a house" and have them say "Oh, OK, fine..."

If he's doing even half the stuff people on here acuse him of, it will catch up with him soon enough, don't worry.
