Glen Ellen Ca narrow gauge

I stumbled upon what appears to be a 3' narrow gauge railroad on the grounds of the Lasseter Family Winery ( owned by John Lasserty of Pixar Films ) in Glen Ellen, Ca. There is a train barn at 12200 Dunbar Rd. Is anyone familiar with this operation? Webdigger? I plan on jumping the fence soon. Jim Speaker is invited.
