Heads Up: Empire Builder w/ Extra Equipment?

A mysterious message landed on my phone last night: "Tomorrow's Amtrak has reportedly four engines and 18 cars, the additional ones are Amtrak single-levels." The source knows I live in north Idaho, so I'm assuming this is a reference to the Empire Builder, perhaps even the No.7 that's showing more than 6 hours late through Whitefish as of this morning. Anybody know more?
