Union and Heyward Industries Still Using Rail

There are so many rails and spurs in the two industrial parks situated on the north and south of Whipple Blvd. I have spotted tank cars at a licorice factory on Whipple and hoppers (sugar, cocoa beans?) at the Blommer's Chocolate factory.

Are there are other industries still served? It's amazing what great shape the ROWs all through here are. Hardly a speck of weeds, no fennel, immaculate. Yet plainly no longer being used, with frogs missing and what not.

Anyone know what other industries are using their spurs? What local serves these parks? Do the chocolate or licorice folks ship their finished product at all?
