Oh, come on Coleman. It's just another day on the calendar, albeit every four years. Should the railroads celebrate Tuesday with special trains? What about Arbor Day? With the exception of people who are actually born on Feb. 29th, I can't think of any other celebrations happening on Leap Day, except for the "Sales Celebration" going on at the local car dealership.
