The article and photo tried to imply the "zombies" were the NCRA, actually the zombies looked more like the members of the fringe groups that are threatening to appeal.

This appears to be nothing but free publicity from a friendly editor, so these fools might still appear to have some chance and/or credibility in their desire to appeal, and help them raise more funds to pay for this appeal.

After reading article, which is basically "cat box liner" as to content, mostly burbling pure wishful bull$#it on the part of these folks, it seems unlikely that this next "round" of appeals is going anywhere, anytime soon.

As it stands now, it is probably more likely that we see the rebuild the entire NWP line to Eureka, than these people prevailing in court.
