'Feather River Railway'... Question!!!

Yesterday (Feb.29th), I discovered a bunch of color FILM footage of STEAM operations on the "Feather River Railroad" using Shay locomotive # 2...

There was also a bunch of excursion footage of a diesel locomotive pulling passengers on 'open cars' thru the woods. The locomotive is labeled: "Georgia--Pacific" ..
When was this excursion ?? and where was the G-P mill located ?
