The more modern crossing was on a very straight, long road. I was looking for some gas to get me and the wife over Snoqualmie in the dark. I had thought that I was at the last possible stop before getting into wilderness. I usually stop at the exit with McDonalds, Safeway and the outlet mall, but being dark, I must of gotten off a couple of miles back from there. Driving around, insisting that I was not lost got me to the station, museum and finally a sign that pointed me back to the I-90, and the exit that I recognized.

The website says it's a 75 minute ride on the preserved line. How far is the journey and where does it go to?
