Tacoma Rail selling 3 flat cars

On the City of Tacoma Web Site the Tacoma Rail is listing 3 flat cars for sale, best offer.

Car numbers:

CWWR 1010 Approximate weight and size: 82,300; 63’ long X 10’8” wide

CWWR 1002 Approximate weight and size: 96,000; 63’ long X 10’8” wide

CWWR 1011 Approximate weight and size: 96,000; 60’ long X 10’8” wide

NON interchangeable since they dont meet FRA regs, assuming this is due to the axles?
