Re: Humboldt Harbor district sells land to THA for museum

At the top of the list after title transfer should be nomination of the roundhouse and shop to the National Register of Historic Places. It doesn't cost anything except time and patience. The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) provides guidance and forms, and it can only enhance any museum development.
