They may be bringing the train in early to use cars for entertaining VIP elected officials and shippers near the stadium in the days before the game and using rooms on the train to house diner cooks bar tenders and waiters since rooms around the super bowl are very expensive. There are a lot of parties for corporate sponsors of the game. UP might be one of them. They might have a super bowl TV commercial I don't know how far the stadium is from the tracks but they'll probably move the train from Tuscon closer to Phoenix maybe with no passengers
