The CTC Staff does NOT recomend any dollars from the Trade Corridor Bonds for the NCRA. They do recomend that about 6 miles of Tehachapi east/south of Caliente be doubletracked (daylighting a couple of tunnels) and that work be done over Donner to doubletrack and allow for double stacks. These are ONLY recomendations, the full CTC must vote on them (and they do not always do what the staff recomends!) David
