Hey, thanks for all the input! It looks like Nikon offers a pretty wide, albeit pricey selection that matches their fine reputation. The Ebay trick proved itself as a research tool once again (I've bought most of my camera gear there). One question I forgot to mention earlier: It's important that the scanner can handle 5x7 and 4x5 negs/transparencies, 120 and 126 negs as well as 35mm and mounted slides. Anyone out there know who might make something like that? Seems like all the scanners I've doped out are for 35mm (naturally- a popular format) I've sent an inquiry to Nikon, but no reply yet.
