Mr. Hammond told the FRA he was taking up the rail, (depot to area of the Fairgrounds) to replace it with 90# rail. The odd thing is, they seem to have believed him! I think the alloted time, by law is just about up! If the FRA follows other dealings with him, they will do nothing! What's the point of having rules and laws if they are not going to enforce them!
